Schroeter Goldmark & Bender

Founded in 1969, Schroeter Goldmark & Bender is a Seattle based firm with a rich tradition of holding the most powerful companies, government agencies, and people accountable for their wrongdoing. In 2019 Schroeter Goldmark & Bender engaged Flinn Ferguson Cresa to assist with the process of relocation in an effort to modernize their offices after having been located at the historic Central Building in Seattle for several decades.  Following a 20 month process, which included the COVID pandemic and a rapidly changing marketplace, in early 2021 Schroeter Goldmark & Bender signed a sublease at Seattle’s newest high-rise – Rainier Square.  The result was a significantly improved space that encouraged employees to return to the office.
