Progressive Insurance, one of the largest insurance providers in the world, utilizes the services of Flinn Ferguson Cresa for the Corporate Counsel and Claims offices in the Puget Sound Region. Progressive recently consolidated their Bellevue and Lynnwood offices into Bothell, securing a long term solution at a fraction of the cost of maintaining two separate offices. Flinn Ferguson Cresa assisted in each step of the process from assessing initial parameters, to punch list items upon completed construction. Most of the steps were completed in conjunction with the corporate office in Ohio.
