King County Bar Association

Location | IBM Building      Space | 10,000 SF    Project Outcome |  Relocation/Expansion

The mission of the King County Bar Association (KCBA) is to provide support to its diverse membership; promote a just, collegial and accessible legal system and profession; work with the judiciary to achieve excellence in the administration of justice; strive to benefit the community through its own efforts and those of its Foundation; and offer opportunities for public service and input into matters of public policy.  Flinn Ferguson Cresa competed with seven other brokerage firms to win this assignment.  Flinn Ferguson Cresa’s platform of only representing tenants provided the advantage.  Flinn Ferguson Cresa helped to form a lease negotiation levering strategy that was unique to the KCBA.  The result was a relocation to a different floor in the building and a newly constructed space that provided better efficiency and a higher image for the KCBA’s members and staff.
