Flinn Ferguson Cresa was originally hired by Hasbro in 2018 to help its local subsidiary Wizards of the Coast expand its digital gaming unit into Bellevue to better leverage Bellevue’s gaming talent. As such, Flinn Ferguson Cresa helped Hasbro/WOTC secure its first Bellevue office at Eastgate Office Park along I-90.
Most recently, Flinn Ferguson Cresa negotiated Hasbro/WOTC’s new headquarters facility at Southport on Lake Washington. Sitting on the shores of Lake Washington, Hasbro/WOTC will be the first anchor tenant at Southport, one of Puget Sounds most advanced office developments, occupying in 2023.
