Hillis Clark Martin & Peterson P.S. (HCMP) is a mid-sized, full service law firm founded in 1971. From its Seattle office, the firm represents national and international companies, local and regional businesses, nonprofit corporations, government entities, community organizations and individuals. After over 25 years occupying the historic Galland Building, HCMP was forced to relocate their office in 2016 as their building was to be demolished to make way for a new high rise. Working closely with a designated team of attorneys and managers, Flinn Ferguson Cresa identified all viable alternatives and helped to bring clarity throughout the transaction management and relocation process. The result was relocation from one unique space to another. HCMP now occupies one of the most spectacular law firm spaces in Seattle with 18’ ceilings in many of their public areas.
