Flinn Ferguson Cresa was hired by Sony Interactive in 2014 to help facilitate an expansion of its gaming subsidiary Sucker Punch Productions. Flinn Ferguson Cresa successfully expanded and relocated Sony/Sucker Punch to 929 Office Tower, securing an above market concession package with below market rent, in a brand new building in the Bellevue CBD.
Currently, Flinn Ferguson Cresa is helping Sony/Sucker Punch rightsize in downtown Bellevue per post-Covid occupancy goals.
