Symetra

Flinn Ferguson Cresa was originally engaged by Symetra in 2004 to locate Symetra’s new corporate headquarters and facilitate its national acquisition of offices throughout the country. Symetra then moved into 300,000 square feet of office space in downtown Bellevue on time and under budget. In addition to negotiating the lease terms, Flinn Ferguson Cresa played a pivotal role in modifying the City of Bellevue signage code allowing Symetra to install prominent signage on top of the building.

Flinn Ferguson Cresa continues to provide lease administration and portfolio management for all of Symetra’s office locations throughout North America. As part of each transaction, Flinn Ferguson Cresa analyzes existing market conditions in order to recommend a strategic approach to effect the most favorable terms possible.
