Flinn Ferguson Cresa has represented The Commerce Bank of Washington since 2002. In 2011, Flinn Ferguson Cresa commenced the negotiations on an early renewal for the Bank’s space in Two Union Square with Washington Holdings LLC, based on the forecasting of the late 2013 office market. The result was an 8 year lease extension completed almost 2 years prior to the lease expiration, at terms considerably under the current office market.
