Jack Story

Jack joined Flinn Ferguson Cresa in 2019 as a Vice President after spending six years at Kidder Mathews, where he advanced from intern and runner to a successful brokerage professional. Since joining our team, Jack has been a key contributor to our growth and culture leveraging his deep relationships within the Seattle tech community and his strong business development instincts to deliver exceptional results for clients.

Promoted to Senior Vice President in 2023, Jack has consistently exceeded expectations and established himself as one of the most dynamic brokers in the market and an invaluable member of the Flinn Ferguson team.

On a personal note, Jack achieved record-level production in 2025 while simultaneously becoming a first-time father to his beautiful daughter, Charlotte, a remarkable accomplishment that reflects his drive, balance, and commitment both professionally and personally. Outside of the office, Jack used to enjoy golfing, a hobby he looks forward to rediscovering in about a decade.

Jack was born in Seattle and received a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Washington.
