Karim Piottin

Karim Piottin brings a diverse background in residential real estate, client service, and retail management to Flinn Ferguson. His experience in residential real estate gave him a strong foundation in the transaction process and a firsthand understanding of the importance of listening to clients, understanding their goals, and building lasting relationships. At Redfin, he worked in a high-volume environment, balancing multiple transactions, deadlines, and client needs, while at Windermere, he worked closely with builders on new construction projects, at times taking on a project management role and gaining valuable insight into the development process. Prior to joining Flinn Ferguson, he spent more than seven years with Nordstrom, most recently managing the Men’s Clothing and Designer departments in Bellevue, where he further developed his ability to build lasting client relationships and understand individual needs. A Seattle native, Karim is excited to bring these experiences to commercial real estate and
continue growing his expertise at Flinn Ferguson.

Karim’s years as a competitive soccer player instilled a strong sense of teamwork, discipline, preparation, and competitiveness—qualities he carries into his work and client relationships. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Megan, and their daughter, Soleil, staying connected to friends and family, and recently taking up golf. A lifelong athlete, Karim assumed golf would come naturally; instead, it has quickly become the first sport to make him question both his athletic ability and his hairline.
