Matt Hermsen

Matt grew up in the Puget Sound and attended the Claremont Colleges, graduating with a degree in Economics. He met his wife, Shannon, during his first year on campus. They were married in 2007 and have three children (Nicholas (13), Kaitlyn (10), and Elizabeth (1)) and live in Seattle. Both athletes in college (Shannon softball, Matt football and track), they enjoy running, with Matt recently completing a marathon in Snoqualmie, WA. In addition to running, Matt enjoys coaching his kids’ teams, golfing, all Seattle sporting teams, wine, and traveling (with and without kids).

Matt began his career at Flinn Ferguson in 2002 becoming a Principal in 2010 and Managing Principal in 2017.
