Pete Warsinske

Pete grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area but always had a soft spot for the Pacific Northwest – many generations of his extended family have called Seattle home. He graduated from the University of Washington (majoring in Business, Finance), where he found a passion for the entrepreneurial ecosystem, particularly within the biotechnology, healthcare, and high technology sectors.

While in college, Pete interned with CBRE and eventually blended his passion for life sciences, healthcare, and high technology with his interest in corporate real estate. He stayed with the company and went on to earn Rookie of the Year, several Top Producer by Title accolades, and became a Partner on the Healthcare & Life Sciences Group.

Outside of work, Pete loves spending his time with his golden retriever, Walter, and his significant other, Maddie. They love to surf, ski, run, and spend time with family and friends.
