Fox Rothschild LLP is a national law firm based in Philadelphia with 27 offices and 950 attorneys providing a wide array of legal services and practices. In 2017 Fox Rothschild entered the Seattle market through a merger with Riddell Williams. In 2019 Fox Rothschild engaged Flinn Ferguson Cresa to assist with transaction management services related to their office lease at 1001 4th Avenue in Seattle. For over 18 months Flinn Ferguson Cresa worked with team members from Fox Rothschild to identify opportunities for efficiency following the impacts of working from home during the COVID-19 pandemic. In early 2021 Fox Rothschild, with Flinn Ferguson Cresa’s assistance, entered a new lease for space with a significantly reduced footprint providing greater efficiency and significant cost savings.
